COI Disclosure for all speakers

In accordance with "Bylaws and Guidelines for COI in medical research", anyone who plans to present at JNS 2014 is requested to disclose your COI statement of 2013 at each presentation, since January 1, 2013.

Please read the following instruction for your COI disclosure.

  • Please download information on COI from below buttons. Download Guidelines for COI　　Download Bylaws on COI
  • After reading "Bylaws on COI" and "Guidelines for COI", please download the "COI Statement" from the button below and kindly fill in the form. COI Statment
  • If you checked "Yes" on the COI Statement, please download "Document 3" below and fill it in also. COI Statment
  • Please submit the form(s) to the congress secretariat of JNS 2014 by email or by fax by October 8, 2014.
